Marilena Badaracchi (born Maria Maddalena) was born in S.Piero in Campo on the Island of Elba where she lives and works.
From a very young age she has always cultivated a passion for painting and art in general. He began a personal journey dedicating himself mainly to oil painting but also experimenting with the processing of clay that mixes with other natural elements such as pieces of rocks, sands, glass.
In the scraps of time or during travel he also loves to devote himself to photography;
He has attended artistic seminars of various levels but much influence on the style currently achieved is also derived from the passion for travel; the places and cultures visited have stimulated research, pictorial imagination.
He loves to express himself with sunny colors, bright but not aggressive, colors that revive nature seen in full light and that transmit sensations of tranquility and relaxation.
In May 2006 she was ranked among the finalists of the National Competition entitled "Mastro Ave" organized by the Art Gallery "Il Sorpasso" - Province of Genoa.
